Special rates are available to conference participants as follows:
US$110.00 per person per night based in double occupancy
US$140.00 per room per night based in simple occupancy
Cost includes:

Registration fee:
US$50.00 per participant.

Conference: The conference will take place in the Karmina Salon.
Exhibition: The demostration of Memory of the World pilot projects and CD-ROMs will take place in the Santiago Salon.
Telecommunications: Press room, Internet connection and on-line broad-casting of the Conference on the web will be located in the Colima Salon.
Business Centre: Additionally, the Karmina Business Centre is fully equipped with personal desktop computers and office software, secretarial and message services, photo copy and fax machines, private offices, board room, food beverage service upon request and complementary internet access.
